On January 26, 2026, the Contract Signing Ceremony for the Endless Skyline Westlake Project (Nam Hung – Marriott Hotel) đã chính thức diễn ra giữa Phenikaa Group và Sen Decor JSC, đánh dấu cột mốc quan trọng trong quá trình triển khai dự án khách sạn cao cấp tại Thủ đô Hà Nội.

Overview of the Nam Hung – Marriott Hotel

Developed by Nam Hung JSC, the project is located at a prime position adjacent to more than 500 hectares of West Lake waterfront, benefiting from a complete inner-city infrastructure network. With its rare advantages in landscape and connectivity, the development is expected to become a new architectural and hospitality landmark in Hanoi.

The Nam Hung – Marriott Hotel is operated in collaboration with Marriott International, a globally renowned hotel management group. The project comprises 4 basement levels, 27 above-ground floors, and 1 rooftop floor, with a total gross floor area of 68,592 m², including a commercial podium, 356 residential units, and 150 modern 5-star hotel guestrooms.

Sen Decor appointed as interior fit-out contractor

At the signing ceremony, Sen Decor was officially appointed as the interior fit-out contractor for the hotel block of the Nam Hung Hotel – Marriott project.

Sen Decor’s involvement in the project not only represents a significant development milestone for the company, but also reaffirms its capability in delivering high-end interior construction projects and its ability to meet the stringent requirements of large-scale hospitality developments.
