The project features interiors inspired by contemporary art and cultural heritage, with a striking highlight in the main lobby – a curved ceiling shaped like a traditional conical hat, symbolizing the harmony between Vietnamese tradition and modern living.

The Galleria Residence: Sen Decor’s first milestone at The Metropole Thu Thiem

In 2020, Sen Decor officially partnered with SonKim Land on The Galleria Residence. The first project marking Sen’s journey with The Metropole Thu Thiem.

At The Galleria, Sen supplied and installed built-in and loose furniture for 348 apartments as well as public areas.

Ensuring consistent quality at a large scale and coordinating multiple work scopes simultaneously was a challenge – and an opportunity for Sen to demonstrate methodical execution capabilities and a meticulous craftsmanship spirit.

The Opera Residence: Aesthetic journey to craft refined spaces

When entrusted with The Opera Residence project in 2022, Sen Decor not only provided and installed fixed furniture for public areas but also officially stepped into the role of Fit-out Contractor.

This was a significant milestone, reflecting SonKim Land’s trust in Sen Decor after the success of the previous collaboration. With construction scope covering the lobby, corridors, gym, golf room, kids’ playroom, etc., Sen’s team ensured not only timely delivery but also international-level quality – from materials and technical details to overall aesthetic impression.
